Each person carries a unique story within their body. 
Private session gives us the opportunity to explore your body's story, your unique movement patterns and your strengths and weaknesses and create the most appropriate method of treatment and movement strategies for your unique situation.

Rewiring

The next step is to slowly, and through very specific movement strategies, rewire your nervous system to follow your original, pre-injury pathway instead of the new pathway of least resistance and compensation. We look at how your fascial system reacted to the injury or trauma and reset it accordingly and last but not least we either stretch or strengthen the muscular system to reach its full potential. 

Reclaiming

This is the step where we reclaim your life. After discovering your story, and rewiring the systems of your body you are ready to face the world again as a pain free person. We will not only get your life back from injury or trauma but give you the tools to future proof your self and take control of your body and health.

Semi Private Training

Discovery

If you like a wing (wo)man for some encouragement, an accountability partner for the tough days or a bit of friendly competition a semi private is the session for you (both). We will look into both of your body stories, treat you as individuals, and design a program that will suit your individual needs.

After discovering your stories, rewiring the systems of your bodies and prepare your muscular systems, you are ready to face the world a gain with a pain free body. You will not only get your life back form injury and pain but we will give you the tools to future proof yourself with knowledge, confidence and a capable body. 

Stretch N' Flow

Stretch N' Flow is a class aimed at the reaching the fascial tissue. 
Muscles can only be as pliable as the connective tissue around it, 
by reaching the deep and superficial connective tissue we will 
inevitably stretch the muscles that is connected to that specific
area.
The deep fascia - connecting the whole muscle to a bone -
responds to slow holding, moulding type movements. It is a
"slower tissue" that over a lifespan responds to our lifestyle
demands. So, to "re-mould" the deep tissue takes patients, time
and consistent movement.
The superficial fascia - responds to every movement and postural 
changes every second of the day. Stretching this tissue we need
variation in direction, speed and torsion, stretch, twist, compression
and shear. 

Stretch N' Flow is an active stretching class that sometimes might
feel a bit like a work out.

Flowin Friction Training is a unique full-body workout method that utilises bodyweight and friction pads to enhance strength, stability, and mobility. This system leaves no room for shortcuts—weaknesses become evident through instability, lack of balance, and difficulty performing specific movements. Flowin Friction Training is an excellent tool for identifying and reinforcing functional movement patterns, helping to build a stronger, more resilient body. Flowin Friction Training is not strictly a rehabilitation class. Still, it does focus on whole-body functional movement patterns, identifying imbalances, and making necessary corrections to enhance overall performance and mobility.

Arthritis Specific

Arthritis is a swear word for anyone who lives with it. 
They say movement is good for you but what if you are in so much pain that every move you make causes more pain? 
In this class you will be around people that understands you and how you feel. We understand that you might have a few reservation around exercise and we understand that you walk into the room not feeling optimal.
This class is specially designed for YOU.
We focus on the body around your painful joints, moving stagnant fluid and in a gentle manner release connective tissue around the joints and thereby creating more space and easier movement.

Childs Play

Our Child's Play group classes are serious business—not because we take ourselves or our class time too seriously, but because what we Do, Learn, Experience, and Practice have a profound impact on our overall health.
We view health and fitness as a holistic integration of all the body's systems. That’s why we call our classes "Child's Play." When children engage in play, they naturally activate all their body systems:

Cardio – the vascular system
Strength – the musculoskeletal system
Balance – the vestibular system
Rebound– the connective tissue system
Constant decision-making – the neural system
Emotions – the limbic system

Have you noticed how kids never sit still? They seem to run everywhere, constantly change their movement patterns, and have fun while being fully engaged in the moment.

There you have it—the secret formula to a happy, healthy, and fit body, regardless of age or current condition. Our Child's Play classes follow this exact formula: Micro movements – Small movements that make a cellular-level impact but are big enough to bring about significant changes.

Bounce, jump, and spring-like movement – We aren't designed to drag our bodies through life. Our natural state is to hop, skip, and jump through our days. (Don’t worry, we’ll show you how). Changing movement patterns – Repeating the same movements daily won’t yield different fitness or health outcomes. As diverse organisms, we need challenges, change, and improvisation to grow. Our classes constantly vary in speed, direction, intensity, and focus.

Having fun – This is perhaps the most crucial ingredient. Why do people stop exercising? Because it stops being fun! We laugh, joke, and don’t take ourselves or life too seriously in class. We make mistakes and look silly sometimes, but above all, we are having fun!
Being fully engaged – There’s a long list of physical, emotional, and spiritual health benefits when we are wholly present. Time seems to slow down, we open ourselves to new possibilities, and we step into a world of limitless potential. It might seem like a big promise for a little group activity, but believe me—this is only the beginning.

Loaded Movement Training

ViPR training is a sub-maximal, loaded movement philosophy that emphasizes odd-position strength to prepare the fascia system for real-life situations. Whether it's lifting a heavy suitcase into an overhead compartment, catching a child who unexpectedly jumps into your arms, or manoeuvring a couch down a narrow staircase, this training equips you for the demands of everyday life. It enables you to be the friend who can lend a hand on moving day, the parent who says yes to beach volleyball, a spontaneous football match, or even a trampoline flip challenge. Loaded movement training conditions your fascia to be both reactive and resilient, promoting adhesion-free movement, enhancing hydration, and improving overall tissue health. This results in a more pliable, springy, and incredibly strong body, allowing for greater efficiency and fluidity in movement.(ViPR training is not a class on its own)
